Review
The Potting Shed in Beverley is a charismatically decorated chain bar with large open industrial chic spaces with fake flowers hanging from the ceiling and an impressively large beer garden. They also have a good sized rooftop terrace, all overlooking the sports fields of the nearby Beverley Leisure Complex. As chain bars go it was a pretty decent place, one of the only venues we could find that was big enough to successfully book a large group for food in town. They have their own Pizza oven and rolled out some good grub for us to refuel on. The beer on the other hand was severely limited, but at least there was one Atom Beer on keg, although it was priced at a premium.
There was certainly a good mix of people there, from families to hen parties but it was still a pretty calm atmosphere and we were looked after well. With a lack of this type of bar in Beverly it is definitely a popular destination for food but I don't think we'd just go there for drinks. With its fresh modern look, clean toilets and good access it's decent enough stop off.
